  This hospital is amazing! We visited The ER and the entire staff were very kind, patient and attentive to my 3 year old son. The doctor, nor the nurses, seemed rushed to get us in and out like most hospitals I've ever been. Took the time to listen, answer any questions I had and explain anything that I was unsure of. My son normally hates seeing ANY doctor or nurse walk into a room but felt comfortable with them. The receptionist was very kind and sweet and I had to note that even the security officer offered to help us to our car once we were leaving (that has never happened at any hospital I've visited, either). All in all... great hospital, great staff!

  If I was able to give this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend has been here for a week now with a sickle cell crisis and is in worse pain now than he was when we got here. The nurses have been horrible. They have been extremely rude, don't know what they are doing, and every time the new shift comes in, I have to re-explain what is going on because they won't read his chart or communicate with the previous staff. I've had to bathe him, change his urine out, and wake him up every so often to make sure he hasn't fallen into a coma since the nurses refuse to do their job. This place is awful. If you can help it, DO NOT COME HERE.
