- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I went for my appointment today, after waiting 45 minutes she came into the office stood almost toe to toe while I was sitting down and very rudely told me she refused to see me based on my coverage. I explained that I understood the coverage and would pay in advance for the appointment and blood work and she again refused. I am stunned at how rude and disrespectful she treated me in front of employees and other patients as she escorted me out of her office as if I were a criminal trying to steal from her. If I had no way to pay for the exam and blood work I would understand her position but to judge me and escort me out the way she did was inexcusable when I am able and willing to pay for the services.
