- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can only speak of the cypress location but I didn't have a problem at all. The staff there is very nice and answered all of my questions. I have only waited a few minutes to be seen. While he may not be a fan of the "your best friend" approach, he was very informative, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Yes he did run blood work, x-rays and MRI but only in the beginning. As for comments about pills, he gave me only methotrexate (which explained thoroughly) and folic acid. If you are looking or someone to hold your hand and comfort you, don't go to him. But if you are looking for someone who will get you in and out quickly but still take the time to answer your questions if you have them, and give you straight forward answers without babying you like you're 6 years old, then he is great!
