  Dr Knapick and the whole team have been wonderful both at this location and the old location. Both our little kids go here and have been well looked after; both during regular checkups and the odd slight emergency visit.

  Bad answering call center...that defeats the purpose of having one. Many times my husband & I have called the call center & waited 20+ mins before talking to anyone! You can never talk to someone at the clinic directly! If you would like to talk to the nurse you have to go through the call center then wait for the nurse to give you call & if God forbids you miss that call, you have to go through the same cycle again with calling the call center! I had taken an appointment for a sick visit for my 6 months old for that same day i called. The appointment was a few hours after i initially booked the appointment with the nurse. When my appointment time came, my baby was finally sleeping & feeling somewhat better so i try to call to cancel the appointment but after waiting 20+ mins, i was never connected! Now 2 months later, i am still fighting the $25 no show fee that they added to my account. I tried numerous times to resolve the matter with the front office but nothing has been done. They keep saying that they will talk to their supervisor but nothing happens. I keep explaining to them that the 24hours cancellation policy does not apply to my case since the appt. was taken that same day! And that if someone would have answered my call, it wouldn't be a no-show!! We like the dr. But the office people & the call center is a major turn off!!
