  Waited two hours to be told nothing was wrong with my MRI. Asked to fill out a comment card, they directed me to their office manager. When I told the officer manager that we were extremely unhappy with the wait time, she told me she "couldn't scold her boss". I was also told that filing a complaint with North Cypress Medical Center (where they are located) didn't matter because they had no affiliation. I was scheduled to see Dr. Cubbage, but never did. His PA came in instead.

  Dr. Cubbage performed a spinal fusion of my L4 & L5 with cadaver material to rebuild my disks. I have since fully recovered from my surgery and 2 months of physical therapy at their clinic. He said I would be fully recovered in one year and he was correct. I am thoroughly satisfied with his suggestions and no longer suffer with the excruciating pain I had pre-op. Thank you Dr. Cubbage & the North Cypress Medical Center!

  Dr. Cubbage performed a double-disc replacement in my neck, and I cannot say a single negative thing about the experience. He explained the procedure to me, discussed options, and performed magnificently. I was up and walking within a few hours and exercising in a few weeks. His office personnel are fantastic. Always professional. Always respectful. Always on time. Neck surgery is scary. Dr. Cubbage and his team made it as best as it possibly could be, and I highly recommend him.
