- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is ridiculous. He dr. Herself is outstanding! Love her to death but the office staff is a joke!! They won't do anything at all to help their patients. I have a son that needed a pediatric dentist and needed a lot of work and our insurance didn't cover another set of X-rays but this office first didn't send them the correct format after I was waiting in the other office for over 3 hours so I was forced to reschedule, then they said I had to pick them up. I called 3 weeks later to schedule pick up and she said that was fine but then mid conversation she told me there was a fee that I would have to pay to get the X-rays!! Are you kidding me? I've been dealing with dental offices and ortho offices for many many years and never have I ever had to pay any fees associated with medical records or X-rays.
