  Wish I could leave 0 stars! This place is a complete joke and is a sad excuse for an "urgent care facility". Upon arriving, the ladies at the desk checked us in, didn't verify insurance and said they just bill after the fact. We waited in the front for over an hour. Note the place was empty. When they brought us back they administered a strep test swab on my 10 month old... that's it. We were with the doctor less than 5 minutes. We then got billed as an ER visit. When speaking to the billing department I was told again that it IS AN URGENT CARE FACILITY, they just fall under the umbrella of the hospital. They however won't correct the billing codes. We've been disputing this for months and just filed an appeal. We will never use this facility or their hospital again. Our family and neighbors are all aware of how unprofessional this place is and also said they will bring their business elsewhere for URGENT CARE.

  I had a very resonable wait time for a Saturday afternoon (less than 15 minutes). The nurse was Michelle and very attentive. Front desk was friendly and the doxtor was good. Excellent x-ray tech. All in all, i had a good exoerience.

  Follow up review - GO TO MINUTE CLINIC. My daughter got another staph infection as a result of scratching an ant bite, but this time we went to the CVS minute clinic. Got antibiotics (which also cost WAY less, no idea why) and only ended up paying $62 for the visit as opposed to the nearly $700 for the EXACT same thing from this Urgent Care. Unbelievable. What a scam. What a shame.
