  I am very unhappy with Active Life Dentistry. I went in with pain in my tooth and received my first root canal. Later I still had pain in the tooth and was told by Active Life "There is nothing further we can do ". I was left in the dust to suffer in pain over the Christmas break until I could find another dentist in the new year. I then went to a wonderful dentist (Dr. Ramsey) who told me he does not do root canals and referred me to endodontist (Dr. Morrison). Both Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Morrison said that dentists lack the training and materials to do root canals properly, as often there are microscopic issues that dentists often cannot see. They both also told me that I should receive a refund from Active Life so that I may have the tooth properly treated. When I asked for a refund from Active Life I was told "No". A family friend at Pearland Pediatric Dentistry (now a total of 2 dentists and 1 endodontist) told me that PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE ROOT CANANLS AT DENTISTS BUT INSTEAD SHOULD SEE AN ENDODONTIST FOR ROOT CANALS. I informed Active Life about this also and was told "That is not true, we just did 3 root canals this morning". This makes no sense and instead shows me an uncaring nature toward patients as well a substantial greed and disregard for the money that I have to now continue to pay off over the next year. Please, see an endodontist for your root canal and spare yourself wasting money on those willing to steal it like at Active Life.
